I host my "dot com" with you. How do I set that up?

Hosted email can be on one of two different servers.
The easy way to tell if your email is hosted on our Plesk server is to try to go to the web address of http://webmail.YOURDOMAIN.com. If a page appears with a login, you are on our Plesk server. If not, you are probably on our Imail Server.
